Hey Mama Hey! Today is one of my favorite days, though I am pretty bummed. Today is the last of the Mamas Tell All link up! I know, it is depressing. Let us know if you would like to make this a once a month thing or have any ideas. I am definitely on board for continuing this in some way, even if it is just occasionally. This week the topic is: Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle when you have children.
Eating healthy & being healthy is a goal for this mama & her family. Though we do not always achieve that on a daily basis, it is what we try for. Having an upset toddler in the back seat yelling for chicken & fries and a pregnant hungry mama is the passenger seat is not always a good thing. I want to get out more. The play ground, the park, even just walking to get some fresh air. Once I have Mina within the next 4 WEEKS [!!!!] I plan on doing just that. I want not only me & my husband to be active & health but our children too. When it comes to food at home, I do strive to put good things on the table. For the most part I am able to do so. BUT being a tired pregnant mama running after a very active toddler sometimes means fast easy junk meals. & back to the running after my toddler. I am pretty sure she is the only reason I am not 500 pounds. I stay active daily just keeping up with her! Oh how I love that little thang! So, are you & your family eating healthy & staying active on the daily? Or is life getting in the way?
